Radiant Dawn: A Queer Hopepunk Anthology

Coined by the esteemed author Alexandra Rowland, Hopepunk is defined by weaponizing kindness, community and optimism to overcome oppressive systems. Hopepunk can be cozy, like Becky Chambers or TJ Klune, or not, like Sam J. Miller and Ryka Aoki. Either way it is a glass half-full kind of vibe. 

Needless to say, the world needs more Hopepunk.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Stories of optimism, community, and kindness overcoming the odds, which have not been previously published.

Story Length: 2,500-10,000 words
AI Warranty: No generative AI systems may be used in the creation or editing of the story.
Advance: $0.05 per word based on final edit, paid at time of final edit submission and acceptance.
Royalty: individual story royalty rate based on percentage of finished project. 
Rights: North American English for print, e-book, and audio for length of time in publication. 

Email submissions to shop@littledistrictbooks.com with RADIANT DAWN SUBMISSION in the subject line. Submissions should be in a easily readable non-Comic Sans font submitted in doc, docx, or PDF format. Please include story title, any author credentials (or links to author credentials) and word count info in the body of the email.
