Rolled Taiwanese Ti Kuan Yin oolong with raspberry. (Loose-leaf tea that unfurls during brewing)

Brewing: Use one teaspoon of tea with up to 8 oz of water at a temperature below boiling. (185-195 degrees) 

Brewing time: 3-4 minutes.

5 oz = 50-60 cups of tea.
