A rolled oolong that unfurls during brewing with a unique buttery flavor. 

Brewing: A teaspoon of tea for up to 8 oz of water with a just below boiling temperature (180-190 degrees). 

Brewing time. 3-5 minutes

5 oz = 50-60 cups of tea.
